i also already purchased new 2mm 2-piece rotary aviation apex seals, full OEM engine rebuild kit, alternator relocation kit, dual alternator pulley, underdrive main pulley, stainless steel clutch line, and more, but cant remember right now!

the block is gonna be a full bridge-ported rebuild.......im hoping to be in the high 300's to low 400 hp level... what do you all think (especially guitarjunkie and mazpower)

no need for a bridge if you only want high3/low4's. but if you want the brap, a halfie will do just fine. halfies are hard enough to tune, but full bridges are just bitches! and make sure you use stock apex seal springs. the RA springs aren't heat treated, so they tend to flatten out after time.

as far as injectors are concerned, i'd go with bigger primaries, if you haven't bought them already. 850-1000cc ish should do it nicely. sounds like it's gonna be a fun car

Yes, make a check out for $60 and mail it in.

Scotty, can you dig up that list again and repost it so we know who was on the "guarentee" list.

for those of you that are on that list, you need to make sure you mail in your check today.

go to the link I provided a few post back for details.

for those of you not on the guarenteed spot list, mail in your check ASAP and hope you get it...... Scotty, how will they know if they get in?

Sorry I've been MIA, I'm working two jobs for a while...

Everyone that's on the 'guaranteed' list, send your check to the address posted on www.solo2.com . Then, PM me your first & last name so I can make sure you get in if there are too many entrants.

Everyone who's not already on the 'guaranteed' list but wants in, do the exact same thing, and I'll see what I can do. As I said before, Saturday's practice is a pretty laid-back event, passengers are allowed to ride along (which is a big no-no on Sundays), so even if you're not racing you can get some good rides (there are usually some Evo's, Elises, and Z06's).

I'll definately be at the meet, and in the 7 unless it decides to get stupid. If that's the case, you'll get to see my new shiny beater I picked up last night. It may not be a Mazda, but its RWD and a 5-speed...

... ...... sorry guys, I feel like an idiot, I ordered the parts for the engine today. I kinda sorta forgot to order the parts earlyer this week and remembered earlyer today. so we will not be able to fix the oil leak untill a later date.

the autocross is next saturday, so that kinda kills next weekend (unless we do it sunday)

sorry guys, let me know.
