well, i guess the run this weekend is GMR... i had nothing to do w/ the decision... and will not be going on the run.... half the group isnt even gonna meet at pirate city first...can i get a show of hands of who is gonna meet @ pirate city? that way i can decide if its even worth showing up

well, there were 16 cars this meet.... not too shabby! the group shots below were at lunch... a few cars had to leave before lunch... the last 2 pics were of ericas poor spin out.... the damage is pretty bad (no pic of the front end) the headlights are pushed into the fenders a little, and the bumper doesnt fit at all, so im sure something bent under there!

 

ray... i promised dave id take a look at the problem first.. because its almost unheard of to have 1st, 2nd, 5th, AND reverse gone....

 

well riceburner is back (arcoman) ryan banned me for awhile i see and had to come back, i cant leave these great people n here I had to go under a diff yahoo name to get back on here, he put i got owned on my avatar but that wont last that long, they dont ban u that long, hey elnene congrates and jesse cxongrates on your win, i see so many of u guys on myspace thats all i could be on lately,

 

will it go into the gears when the motor isn't running?

 

No it will not go into any gears but 3rd with the motor running or not. fc3stech and myself both tried putting in the shifter and had a great deal of trouble. The shifter was really stiff at times too. I'm not sure what we could have done wrong. I was going to take it apart and look at it but I did pay quite a bit for that tranny to have to take it apart.

Hey guys, here's the info on the drifting thing I was talkin about. Take the 60 to etinwanda and go south on Etinwanda. When you hit the intersection where the Farmers Brothers is on the NE corner take a right or go west. At your first stop sign take a left/South and you should be entering an industrial park. Listen for screeching tires, or look for a bunch of 240's. It supposedly goes down at about 1pm every Sunday. It is free and a friendly atmosphere. If anyone asks how you heard about it just tell them your were reffered by a guy with a Silver T2 who knows the manager of an Earl Shieb in Upland. My friend, the manager, built a blue/purple 240sx for his son who is there alot. I'll be out of town for the next 2 weeks so I won't be able to make it till December. If anyone goes let us know how it works out.

Almost Forgot, Hey Jesse the guy who hooked me up with this drifting tip lives in Yucaipa. If you see a purple 240 you should ask him about it.

I Got A 23109 Tonight, But Here Is The Catch, The Cop Radioed Ahead, As He Pulled The Other Guy Over, I Was On A Totally Different Street, And They Rolled Me At A Gas Station. I Had To Sit There And Wait For The Other Cop To Show Up. Then The Ticet Is A 23109. What Can I Do To Fight This, Any Advice Is Much Appreciated.
