Just to update everyone on project miata.

The ACT clutch, Fidanza flywheel, Jackson Racing header, Mazda Speed clutch type LSD, Flyin Miata 1.8 converssion kit, Mazda Speed stiff motor mounts and Tokico adjustable struts have been purchaced.

Hey guys, isn't there some big rotary meet in San Fransisco ever year? Does anyone have an info on that?

 

Yeah, it's rotorfest and it's held at Treasure Island. Much too far for me to drive in my car, seeing as I get 10mpg...

If you're going to cut the bumper, I'd put the fog lights further outward, near the brake ducts. RX-7's have such small front airdams that I wouldn't want to block it with anything...

yeah, that doesnt look too good...... id hide them behind the bumper.... doing what you wanna do will make your car look like a rally car

 

i guess i'll hold off on those untill i get some other stuff taken care of (wheeels + tires, paint + body, SevenStock, rent lol)

yeah exactly, i saw John's car at SS9, but those are stock lights.

Mine are fat and get in the way of stuff

 

well, s4's didnt come stock with foglights... s5's did........ but ill see if i can find a few with some mounted on a s4 bumper
