ok ok cool, thats what I thought but I was making sure, are you going to be making the san b meets regularly now or not we need more fc's the 8's are taking over
he he he, yes i agree, although i own an 8, (and a seven) i would still like to get some more sevens out there. it's nice to have a variety.
yes i took video, and i will up load it sometime soon. along with my pictures

I have some video too, but where is a good place to host the videos. I have never posted vids before. I didn't get a whole lot of video though, everytime I'd hear a car reving I would run over there and by the time I got there they turned it off.
Got some video of the 2 fc's across from caseys drag car, oh and some of his car trying to start.

well I have some good news and some bad news.
Good news, the car stared for 5-10 seconds. then shut off. for those 5-10 seconds I had one hell of a smile. after working on it, and trying to get it to start for so long, it was nice to hear her run finnaly....... untill it shut off.
Bad news, we can't get it to do it again. we tried for another hour and NOTHING!
it was all we could do to get it to start for those few seconds. we used oil in the chambers to try and build compression. anyways, just wanted to let you all know. I don't know what it means, but at least it did start once..... briefly.
the wierdest thing is that we can not get it to do it again. we didnt change a thing, when it shut off, we tried to just start it again, and NOPE!
all well, i guess we will just keep working on it. by the time we are done with it, i am not going to have a starter left.
I have never had this much trouble starting a simple carburated engine before. It's not like some wierd injected sensor problem or something.
from what most people are saying, 50-60 pounds of compression is going to make it REAL hard to start...... guess they were right.
oh yeah, and obviously i got the car back from the shop, it had new longer rear axle studs put in.

Thanks for leting me know James I haven't looked at it yet. Mark I be puting that wing on soon in the next week i hope I'm all busy this weekend.
I also have Bad news, My FC doesn't want to start up right now it's at Proto Motorsports and I hope! they fix the problem because it's fuel related and not tell me something I already know. I was up there all day yesterday trying to fix it my self, I later told myself to let them look at it.

There were two track days there, one was at a drag strip, and one was at an auto cross.
Just PM Ray, and he will respond to you.
