This just in....I can't race in the autocross. That is unless I can head home by 3:45pm...which won't happen, so I'll just go to watch and leave at 3:45....reason: I got a job money for the fc ...a job w/e it should be a cool job and now Berry can't steal it from me even if she is "related" to all the thai people. I'm still going though ..have to work friday and saturday @ 4:45pm so that kinda sucks..

Nick, street tire class is in the first run this weekend so we will be out running around 8:30 so you will have plenty of time to run and work.

btw, here is the results of the last event:

Glad to hear that you have a job now. Now you can keep buying stuff for the 10th AE. I'll make sure to let you know how the V-mount process is coming as I get the time to work on it some more.

they're not supposed to be, the wheels probably have such a tight fit against the caps that they pulled them off when you removed the wheels...

some sandpaper should cure that.

the rear hubs i believe are ball bearing so they don't need grease, the fronts should use a seal because if water gets in there and rusts out the bearing, you don't want to know...

i didn't mean sandpaper the wheel, i meant the grease caps but you can only take off a small amount of metal.

i have to pay a few bills so i guess i will go see what all you have fucked up so far.

i'll be there in about 30.

So is everyone going to show up and run in the early group or are you going to run out of group like we've done the past two AutoX's?

Barcode, good to see a Bay area person coming out. It will be nice to meet you.

Ok, I need good directions to Mather field from Hwy 65/Roseville. Anyone that can help please do. I looked at the SCCA site and the directions there are from Bay Area and Mapquest wasn't much help either. Thanks in advance.

Yea, I could use a few directions myself.

I'm gonna run in the afternoon group (I run STU since I've got 245's all around).

But looking forward to meeting anybody that's around.

Zach, head down I80 south from roseville and take the business 80(capitol city freeway) exit south and about 8 miles or so take the I5 exit east and head towards Tahoe, after about 15 miles you will see Sunrise blvd, take a right off the offramp and head south again until you come to Douglas blvd, take a left on Douglas and head until you get to Mather.

Sam, same directions, i assume you will be coming up 80 which turns into I5 in sacramento, head straight east on 5 until you get to sunrise.

Do these events get rained out, or do they run no matter what?

Rain or shine, the event is run. I don't think it's supposed to rain on the weekend though....
