Also for the Last saturday of June I think we should have a BBQ. Whatever weekend that Zach can make it is the weekend we are going to have the BBQ so we can see him and berry before they leave for a few months. We're gonna miss ya bro (and berry too). So I hope we can work something out so we can say goodbye (for a while) Let us Know what date works for you Zach and Berry and we'll schedule it around you.

Like I mentioned in the May thread, the TII won't be running in the AutoX, probably won't even make it down there for the event but we'll be there. Looks like the shortbus will be there again. As far as the BBQ goes, I'll be leaving somewhere between the 25th and the 30th of June for 4 months. So if you want to do a BBQ then the weekend of the 18th and 19th would be the last available time. Just thought I'd let you guys know.

Zach

P.S. And to anyone wondering why the TII will be absent again, I have a tentative buyer for the engine so I don't think it would be fair to go out and race with it if someone is going to buy it. I know I wouldn't be happy if it happened to me. I might drive it and just sit out there with it though. We'll just see what happens.

I'm in, this should be the final public appearance for my supercharged FC, before it goes under the knife yet again for a turbo conversion. By this time the car should be fully tuned and as good as it's going to get. I'd like to see how it can compete against other cars before I take it apart.

guess this means that I'll be there on the 11th

Hey Jake,

you do realize that Zach is the only one leaving and that I will still be in California. I may show up to some meets in his absence. Who all is planning on running in this one?

well, if I'm still in Sacramento I'll go, don't know forsure.

Hey Ben, I think my cat is really clogged, right before the car boosts it makes that weird noise. I've still got about 300 miles left on the break in.

that sounds yucky nick

Anyways Berry I wasn't sure if you were going with him or not, but good to hear at least one of you will still be around to keep in touch.

Well since you (Zach) can make it to the auto X we don't have to have a BBQ but if you guys want to that's fine with me. I say June 19th we could have a BBQ somewhere in the Sac region as a going away party/NorCal7's meet for Zach. What do you all think?

sounds good to me Jake

Nick, a suggestion but could be a little late but this is for anyone and their cars with adjustable struts. when not on the track it is a good idea to turn down the stiffness settings on the struts so they don't have to work as hard, it only takes one good bump to pop a strut when they are set too stiff. you can buy just one strut too ya know....

Bert, let me know when you have time to come up and i will throw this exhaust on your car.

hmmm, I think I might be able to swing by after work one of these days. But most likely toward the end of the week. or I might just order some test pipes. in fact think I'll look at them right now.

might want to look at a resonator for the main cat replacement, with test pipes all the way front to back it will probably be a bit loud even with the stock restrictive mufflers, i know you aren't a fan of loud exhausts.

see what I get for being too lazy to set the stiffness? err wait...actually I was kinda on the track. Mountain driving It was so fun, especially since I know my car handles better. I underestimated it before autocross. I love this though, my dad is giving me crap about "you see I told you your car wasn't reliable" ..i just told him I hit a pothole @ 60....didn't want to tell him I was going 100 ><;
