Mazdatrix=Bad customer service
it could be worse......ugh check this out...https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...46#post9229146
Haha. What the hell you arguing with Mazdatrix anyways? Not like you're going to teach them anything new on rotaries.
And if you don't know who Dave is at Mazdatrix, then I really wouldn't be saying anything bad about him.
Every company gets a bad day of customer service.

Just because these guys run a shop and have been in business for the last x amount of years doesn't mean they know every trick in the book...Ausi, Japan, Canada, "PUERTO RICO" surpass them by far and have done some setups, ports jobs, and engine builds/combo put togethers that would blow anyone's mind...Don't know dave and dont really care and i don't know you but he/you are by far no rotary gods, and should take the time to listen others...you might be surprised you dave and mazda trix might learn something...hahahahahaha, just like jamie did to them that one day...
well my first only and last experience with this company was for a "rotor key" cost $20 plus an unknown shipping amount....i get my final bill from them a day later for $29.50 and when i called them up about it they gave me a long sob story about how the shipping and box and labor for putting it in the box equaled 9.50 for a key.....sooo basically...im done with that company and ill never purchase from them again....
HAHA **** yea i am, im close to getting the FD up and running,
finally gonna be boosting once again.... after that one failure...
i learned soo much more since then, im stoked
**** MAZDATRIX

thats about right bro...Small **** like that would have ran and easy 8 bucks or so through the usps.com in a flat rate box so by all means you didn't get ripped off...Should have told them to send it in envelope with a first class stamp and then risk getting the item damaged...lol...
your funny AND your comment is oh so cute but just as un-educated as the people are at mazdatrix about not being open minded and willing to listen about certain things, or ideas...

I'm glad Mazdatrix is around. They are a one of a kind shop, participating in every part for the rotary community. I just can't see how you can get off insulting them and the owners who have a racing history and set records with our loved rotary engine. This is how broken our rotary community stands...
Kyle represents the RX8 in drifting events.
Dave has a long racing history that you obviously ignore. Why don't you read up on it. http://mazdatrix.com/roadmain.htm
But you never hear stories on how Mazdatrix screws people, because it does not happen. It's a high quality shop, but out of your price range.
I'm sure you think Racing Beat has a bunch of idiots working there too...
And the issue really boils down too they got upset that zero didn't agree with him and ignored him.
yEP i agree they are a bunch of mazdadiXXX, just try to stay away from them unless u have no choice, as for JRX a bunch of cool *** people, Juni & Sin dont BS people around, Thanks JRX for my 20B FC
For someone to directly insult people and their business without even knowing them is "uneducated". Especially if its coming from someone with no college degree.

i just want to state, that they were showing poor customer service, and this is on more then one occusion.
and for a company to criticize a paying customer who was there to buy a part that was over $400 bucks, and just walk away. isnt a very smart thing either.
im pretty cool with kyle, but it cought me off guard that he would talk down on me, when he know he was wrong, even the other mazdatrix tech was aggreeing with me, till kyle finally agreed to being wrong.
btw i did not go to mazdatrix with the intentions of starting **** with them either, all i did was ask, "do you have a 20B/RE rear iron in stock, like it says online?"
and **** got out of hand from there.
yea there a great shop and done great things for the community, but they talk down on the people all the time, i know plenty of people who have gone to try to get a part and ask a simple basic question and they just basically, trample them with negative criticism.
just because they have been around for along time doesnt mean there niice people either.
and i dont think the community is broken down at all, theres plenty of people who rather buy stuff from other forum members and other sources due to fact from there own personal experiences there.
also i just want to clarify that im not trying to say that they are not knowledgeable, and or well known for what they done in the community, just that dealing with them isnt always a pleasure.
IMO....

Once again I will state that I remain neutral as I have not had a bad/good experience with them, I'd just like to add that it doesn't matter what they've done if in the end they turn out to be an *** right? Its like say someone finds a cure for cancer and then afterwards he is like "Yep everything I say now is right because I cured cancer" and then you find out he didn't really cure cancer.

specially since my motor should be done soonn!!!!! WOOO HOO!!
