to start off, im not making this thread for people to bash on them, because they are a legit business, but I along with countless otheres, have had enough with the way they treat their customers.


just wanted people to see how they deal with customers...


well basically this is what happened..

Finish line and I went to mazdatrix so i can buy a 20b/RE rear iron.

but instead i ended up getting into a big arguement with 2 of the people who work, also they began to argue amoungst one another.(very professional)

all i wanted was to get my rear iron, but instead i got the run around, saying they didnt have the iron, and then they said, they have one reserved for Dave Lemon. ( heres the link to the website with the specific iron.)

so i was like wtf. you advertise that you have them for sale, but when i go you dont have any.?


but thats not what pissed me off.

after i proved to them that you CAN use a later version of a 20b/re iron to tap it and use the stock fd motor mounts.

they were like just talking non sense, they didnt tell me anything else.

they just walked away.


just like that, they didnt say a word. they walked away.

and left me and finishline in the front desk


so i was like wtf is going on??? i have the money to pay for the iron, but they just walked away.

i guess thats how they deal with paying customers...



and for the record, i was not being a total ***, i just proved my point and reasoning for why i need it, and i guess they got mad or something..


Finishline can vouche for how they acted, and as well for my actions.




but w/e im not the first person to complain abou them....

That is no way to handle a customer. Even if they did think they were right, they shouldn't just walk away from you. They should get you the part you want and then you give them the money. Isn't that what a business is basically about?

i just wanted to get my part and leave, because this isnt the first time ive had a issue with them.

Damn, told you these guye are lame. Again, Ash is hella cool..younger and has an approachable salesmenship, Dave....just an old fart who hires homothugs who argue amongst one another. Apparently dude get's butthurt if ever you refer to FC's by series Meaning 85-88 S4 and 89-92 S5. *******.

 

yea ash is chill he was the one that helped me with the clutch slave line. he saved the last crossmetal one for me. that old fart like you said is a dick. i asked him if he had something to hold my intake because mine was missing and the only thing that was keeping it from falling was garden wire (yes i know that is very getto but it was starting to melt my HKS Fillter) and he told me actual words "There you go.... Problem sloved". My friend and I were like wtf. so I hold him thanks sarcastily and left pissed with my clutch slave line. I still go but only when ash is there if dave is there i dont even ask him anything

 

some people calls them "mazdadix" LOLLLLLLLLLL

Dude Older rotary people seem to be like that all the time...The one's that say there *Pro's* and never wanna say someone is right about something unless it's compares to their complete OEM handbook in heads of those people

I'm not saying every old dude in the rotary scene is like that but the one's I've met fit that profile haha but when they see a youngster talking like he know's something I guess they get offended or senile

The reason I say that because my mechanic is like that, he hate's rx7club.com because of the *idea's* it puts in my head and doubts everything I say haha but he can build a good motor (the owner of B&B Racing)

also I've had a different experience with Mazdatrix (but it's prolly cuz I ordered stuff though their website)

 

lol yea, iits kinda the oppisite for me. all teh older oldschool cats seem to be the coolest ones, except the mazdatrix ppl

but i can understand with muscle cars, that the older folks can be senile and such

ive been to mazdatrix as well.. I always ask for Kyle, cause hes the nicest guy there, and always willing to help kindly and honestly. The others guys are sometimes cocky or yeah, not so nice, Idont remember the names, but yeah all I know is .. Kyle is the man !!

Henry (pink FC guy) was the man at Mazdatrix when he worked there. I stopped going there when he left the company and only go there if Ray Crowe cant get me what I need in an emergency.
