havent seen a junk yard up date on the west for a bit so i thought id post what i found on Friday.
this is the junk yard off PCH and Blinn in Harbor City

Found 1 white FB with most of the interior intact and engine bay looks like it still has alot

1st row on the right when you walk in


found 1 black FC s5

driver seat missing. black carpet and in good condition and has storage buckets with black trunk carpet. and other interiors.
engine was kinda hacked, ps and ac still there. the uim was taken off. crank angle sensor was taken out but is still chillin on the engine.

this one is ALL the way in the far back towards the end of the foreign car section..


i went out there to see if i could find some odds and ends. but came up empty handed on my search.


does anyone have any they would like to add in any other locations?

 

2 rx7's in ecology ontario ca both complete gsl and gsl-se both with engine working so couldnt pull parts

 

Did anyone see the white 10th Anniversary TII at the junkyard off Tuxford and 5 Freeway? Turbo, hood, ECU were gone. Interior was pretty much trashed but most of the parts were there

 

yeah i have seen the 10th Anniversary it still has the bronze tint and t2 engine

 

I forget to mention that there is also a S5 vert auto...black on black but top and interior are pretty much gone.

 

2 FBs off Milliken and the 60 freeway. One with complete engine bay, the other with a shortblock. One with a full interior and the other is pretty messed up.

No FCs at this yard, nor in the upcoming lineup.

S5 Vert white on blue, automatic. no rims, top is damaged, interior are somewhat vulturized.

83 GSL, no rear end.


81 626= 13-B conversion with 79-80 tranny, motor appeared to be fried

i went to the pick a part off peck st. on 4/14 and there was no 2nd gen rx7, i didnt see the white s5 vert, i did find a mpv and took the passenger window switch that i needed but i still want the original, also looking for the shift boot bc heat gets in thru the shifter and it kind of sucks

has anyone found other 7s in their junkyards near the city of azusa

 

I got the LSD, drive shaft and axles from that car and some camber plates!

Blue interior from my 1989 GTU. Located in SF Bay Area. Local pickup preferred, as shipping would be difficult and costly. I will accept offers between $0 and $300.

Newark, CA has five rx-7's currently.

A carburetted 1985. Looks like it's had a rough life.

s4 vert 5-speed with its engine removed but sitting in front of it. Turns over easily and makes the appropriate whoomph whoosh sounds. Looked ok to me, but there must be something wrong with it, as it was abandoned after being extracted.

s5 vert auto. no tranny, no exhaust, front calipers gone.

s5 vert auto. white. new arrival. Looks like it was recently totalled as there is a Geico auction sticker on it, which says "runs, drives." This one actually had a very decent black interior carpet, except that somebody did a ghetto job cutting out extra speaker holes in the rear. Still has most of the mechanicals.

s4 base model. 5-speed. not great. It's not on the pick-n-pull inventory sheet for some reason.

Incidentally, somebody took apart all the intake manifolds on all these cars. Either the UIM, LIM, or plenum is missing from each of these cars.
