There's an autocross event happening at the fairgrounds this Sunday. If anyone wants to get together after the event come out and meet me there

 

Kat and I are going to be running at the autocross, along with Camaro Ken and the other Lemoore guys. You gonna cheer us on, Figster?

THAT's more like it!

 

There were some incredible RX's out at the autocross today. I heard that Moua ran but we were in the afternoon groups and didn't get to see him. There was also a stripped and race-prepped FC that stole the show with the sound alone.

 

I was drifting most of the time on the course and manage a best of 44.566 with a +1. Tire upgrades are a must if anyone wants a resonable lap time.

 

44.022 was what I managed, but drifting I was not. I have seriously grippy performance tires on the rear and mediocre tires on the front, so I was understeering and plowing through most of the corners. I just need better front tires and seat time, seat time, seat time!

 

Cool vid! Ever thought about a road racing course? Such as Willow Springs, Laguna, Thunderhill?

 

Willow Springs was great during Sevenstock, but its a bit of a drive. We're planning on hitting a few track days at Buttonwillow this year, and I'm sure that'll be a blast.

 

Hey dude I just checked out the site again to get tickets,,,,, SOLD OUT for spectators, dang!!!

so far there are 3ea 3rd gens on the list, 1 of which is a LS1 convert. I also saw a 71 datsun 240z (i think oldest on the list) crazy

 

Well since the show is sold out I hope we can make a meet for this month
