CA car wont start help please

hey thanks for clicking im having a bit of a problem with my car (just so u know i have tired doing a search but i couldn't find anything to really help) ok my car is an 88 t2 has a fresh rebuilt engine with a street port. i have had the car turn on a few times. i was able to get it started only by holding the maf open about half way and had to keep feeding it gas till the car warmed up once it was warm it would stay on.
i would turn on my car and drive it around my gated community and just park it after because i cant keep my car in the same spot for more then 3 days...... one day i went out to start it it wouldn't start instead it back fired 2 times ever since then i haven't been able to get it started.
i have changed the tps, throttle body, ecu, and the maf. i have also done the timing on it. anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

any help would be greatly appreciated

here is a video of the first time it started (apparently it wouldn't let him rev it up)

to de-flood it just take out the fuse for the fuel pump. then crank it. the plugs should be in there to burn off the excess gas.

If you have to keep giving it gas, maby its a fuel problem. When have you last changed your fuel filter? Also, do a fuel pressure test and check the factory manual to see what the specs should be. If the car is cranking over fine but not startng, it could be a fuel delivery problem.

i was considering changing the fuel filter then i realized i have fuel in my rail so that shouldn't be the problem as a mater of fact when i pulled out my old plugs they were dark colored, wet and smelled of gas

and i have check if i had spark and i do

take off the spark plugs and clean them well,i use carb cleaner to get all the grime of them also while the spark plugs are out deflood it then put them back on and try it again.sometimes they dont start up that well because of fouled spark plugs.

yea i did check both of those im a little low on blinker fluid but it should work for a while what i really need is a muffler bearing.....
the diff is fixed now, i got a new intercooler for it

and the fuel problem seems to be maybe a clogged fuel filter or dirty injectors

thanks to RXnos1200 for stopping by and helping me out
