Great sight, but no information there.
Is there a smog booklet, or do smog techs have a list of rules and regs that can be found online?
I am doing this in an attempt to make a car that is in every way just barely legal.(I like barely legal!!
) But to do so, I need to have a full set of the regs about smog.
either that or I am just gonna PM Wacky, who will tell me to PM djdino who will in turn tell me to PM wacky and so on until someone interjects with a "shaddop!!"

i have an s4 t2 with s5 jdm motor swap... i have no emissions on it and i need to put them on and the cat back on to try to pass smog... should my t2 pass smog... it seems like it runs rich right now... so wat should i do first? just put the emissions stuff back on? wat parts do i exactly have to put on to pass smog?
