he he, same here.... I keep hoping for him to log on and say..... "just fu$&in with ya!"
I wish I could have gotten to know him better. Vipers got a much better chance then I did, but form what little I got to spend with him he was very helpfull and plesent to be around.
I was Acutally in the Car with "lil Red" Fris in the Car when we got the phone call from Daves Mom. We both were in complete disbelief when we got the news. I never knew the guy as much as Fris and Tony did. but man it hit me rock bottom just to hear the sad news. I remember him telling me some words of wisdom with boost and all. but thats about it.
all this is hard to swallow.. and im just barely getting over my cousins death few weeks ago. and my aunt and my grandma....
My condolences to Dave and the Family...

I did not know Dave personally, but just from reading his posts, I can tell that he was a great influence to the rotary community, particularly the SoCal group. My condolonces go out to his family and friends. R.I.P.
RIP, at least he was with one of his biggest love and passion when he left us....
i know for myself to leave this world while im in my car.... id be happy.
"If i die driving my car,
I died doing something I truly enjoy and that I lived for.
I died doing something I have loved most of my life.
I died doing something that made me more of a person, not less."
i didnt know him, but its always sad when we lose one of "us". especially someone that brought so much knowledge to everyone else around.
he'll watch over us now & watch us expand the love for rotaries !!!

I have not been a member too long, and never had a direct conversation with Dave, but I have used information that he provided on numerous occasions.
I hate to see a true rotorhead gone. RIP Dave.
