This is the thread for a stolen red RHD FD. This car was finally found on craigslist. The car was at a shop getting all the required paperwork to be legally drive in the USA. If anyone knows where this guy Gary and Gus are pm me. These are pictures of the car in Japan prior to shipment. Anyone who was at the meet can vouch for me and tell me it was the same car..All I am asking is for some help. If it was your car you would want it back also. We are a small community and we need to stick together and help each other went others need it and not say :It's not my car so who cares..











As you notice ..He was trying to sell alot of the interior parts on the forum. I will add the link for them also..

The car is not mine.. It belongs to a good freind i have known over 10 yrs. He bought the car in Okinawa Japan because i told him to buy one and ship it back. I am trying to help him. (that's what freinds do) Also the craigslist add was posted by Gary and Gus..the thiefs.. They can't be to smart to do that.. They listed the car for sale in Las Vegas (don't know why??) When the car is in the bay area. I think they were trying to scam more people.. Their are not many red RHD FD's in cali.. It's very easy to spot them..

I just don't know why he would flaunt around that he has RHD FD in his sig and sign up for the Barryessa cruise if he stole the FD... you would think he would be quiet about it. Or am i just lost

 

Gary and Gus are still on this forum and will read this. The Craigslist poster Gary and/or Gus have been sending me e-mails if i want to buy the car. They have stated they will only take cash for it. I have 15 or so e-mails that were sent back and forth and they were turned into the police also.

 

I know for a fact I will be at that cruise now....Let him know this if you want. I would like to meet him... I have the scanned copy of the japanese title and a seaway bill shipping document with the same VIN #.. Wanna take me up on it? I wouldn't take the time to make this post if i wasn't 110% sure. If you want to stick up for thieves go ahead..

 

How did he sign up for this meet if he is banned from the forum?? Tell us that? That was his old car I'm being told.. Do you know him??sounds like it.. Looking up this cruise now..Thanks for that info.. Call you buddy (Gus) and ask him where he got the car from? Also write down the VIN and i will tell you what it is..

this is soooo funny. so i stole the car? just because you can't afford to get the car back from gus don't mean I (gary) have anything to do with it. here is my no. call the cops on me. 650 290 4501 you can send who ever the **** you want but it will not change the fact that i dont have your car. if gus have your car, then get it back from him. pay him the money you owe and get it back. even if you drive a porshce and can't pay your bill you car will be held right? until you can pay gus back then please don 't say the car is stolen.

here is the real story everyone.

dec 2007. LEO the owner of the car ask me to can get his car out of us custom for him. his car was held by US Cutom for almost a year. it was set to be distroy because it was imported here illegially. I said yes and guess what? I did. If i did not get your car out. your car would of been gone already. no only do u not thank me but you accuse me of stealing your car. THANKS. ater the car was out the car was passed on to crxturbo. someone who will be handling the registration process. as many of your should know it is very hard to register a rhd rx7. anyway. a deal was made between crxturbo and the owner (LEO). registration will cost 3500 dollars which is due when registration is completed. but as far as the work needed to be done to the car to get it in good running condition the owner (LEO) would have to pay for those work as needed. to start and complete the registration process the car must be 1. good running condition. 2. stock or no performance mods and 3. time and money. NOTE That after i (GARY) got the car out of US Custom I no longer had any part of their deal. Now i will not lie, I knew everything that was going on. both LEO and GUS told me about their deal and what was going on. I had no part of their deal beside knowing both of them. Both party had each other's tel no. email address and contacted each other many times.

a lot of work was done to this car. you know what i m talking about LEO. all i can say is your racked up a pretty huge bill. now that you can't pay and can't get the car back from gus you claim he stole it. not only that you accuse me of being part of it. thats just great.

all i can say is you pissed off the wrong person. I could of been the only person that could of help you get the car back without paying all that money.
