I dont feel the need to prove anything over a public forum. If you want any info you can ask me for it privately but dont accuse me of anything. I am not on your side nor am I on their side but you shouldnt have posted those pics without my permission.

You are taking things too far by accusing anyone that might know them as being involved. If they really are guilty as you say they are then let the authorities deal with it.
The police are on this. They will be stopping at your shop to chat with you on this matter this week. They were told that Gary and Gus frequent your shop. Also I was not the first one to post pics ofyour shop on this site. Look at this thread. This is where i found the pictures at. A forum member told me Gus was at your shop and the BBQ.

if you didnt take those photos, then you dont own em, so he could do whatever unless the owner says so..

but i think he is only using those pictures because those happen to be a "sighting" of the culprits and the car.

When I saw those pictures I felt really bad. I was the one who took a few of those pictures. I didn't take those pictures so I can screw over The Shop. They hosted a FREE BBQ for car enthusiasts to enjoy and I took some pictures. I didn't know that would cause negative reputation to The Shop. I apologize for any trouble this has caused.

I don't side with thieves nor do I side with internet thugs. I won't say anymore because 20b sounds like he's going to hunt down everyone who goes against him and beat them down.

I'm far from a internet thug. I am only here to resolve this issue. If you feel the way you do that's up to you. We will get the car back real soon and I will post the pics for everyone to see. Whoever is involved in this issue will go down for it and if you didn't have any involvement you don't have anything to worry about.

It doesn't work like that. You go around accusing the owner and workers of The Shop as people who would condone/assist thieves. If they are not(which they most likely are not), then they will not have any legal actions taken against them. But what about all the negative attention you gave them? The Shop has a pretty good reputation and I'll vouch that the workers there are helpful. Like I said before, they hosted a FREE PUBLIC BBQ for all car enthusiasts. Gus just happened to be a person that showed up. Now you accuse the worker/owners of frequently helping Gus; the person that you accuse of being a thief. I have no opinion of whether he is or not, that is for the judge to decide.

So if after all this is over and The Shop is found to have no involvement whatsoever, what will you do about all the negative attention you gave them? What if a potential customer decided to take their car elsewhere because they heard rumors that The Shop is involved in illegal activities. Reputation is very important, especially for a small business, I know this very well because my parents own one too. Are you willing to take responsibility for this?

Okay, this thread is done.

If the "owner" of the car really wishes to post he can by PM'ing me and I will open it for him/her, but frankly with all the made up BS in this thread (such as associating people who you think stole your buddies car with an unrelated shop) I am surprised of the OP doesn't get sued for slander.

And if the buddy, really did get the car stolen, then how come he is not posting?

Anyway, Thread closed. The FD is back in the owners hands as of today. The police took it from the thief.
