I've done it now...bent lower control arms..
Didn't think this was even possible.. I've just got a little 85 with a 302 but it seems I've bent both my rear lower control arms into a nice little U-shape...
Is it possible this has caused further damage to other components?
If so, what are the likely suspects?
Finally, where does one acquire some new ones?? I've looked quite a bit and aftermarket adjustables from respeed seems the only option.
Thanks!
Jacob

New ones are virtually impossible to find and astronomically expensive. I bought some really nice used JDM ones on ebay a couple months ago cuz my ball joints were shot. Seller was from Canada. I was surprised how nice they were when I got them.

Good news. Sourced used, not bent, arms and everything is back to normal.
I'm wondering now if I should reinforce something so this doesn't happen again...

No racing. Just a second gear rip. Rear squatted hard, also got some wheel hop from hitting a bumpy spot. That may have done it.
New shocks are in order to hopefully alleviate some
