Samberg hands down. They're an active vendor on the other forum and they're customer service is a lot better than Hinson's.

Samberg. The build quality is better, easier to work on, build quality, less failures, & better designs.

Justin comes up with some of the coolest designs that we (V8 FD owners) want. Customer service is superb, if something doesn't fit right because a vehicle was in an accident, you can always take measurements and send it back to Justin. He will make sure it fits correctly.

Does Samberg make mounts for the FC chassis? I did check out there site and I only see FD LSX mounting kits.

Nope. Ronin (the sponsor of his section) is your place for LS/FC parts.

When buying a kit from one of the companies. How much is needed to clear a stock hood? Also how low does the stock rear sump oil pan sit? I currently own a 240 with a Ls in it and a gto front sump and it literally is the lowest part in the car and always cracks on me....also does anyone know of some rear sump aftermarket oil pans that will clear everything in the crossmember and steering rack with a better clearance below?
