My dyno...

Here is my recent dyno. Mods are;

720/550 Injectors
Rtek 1.7
2x380cc additional injectors
HKS AIC
T04b (undivided) .60/.81
Early open street port on secondaries
80mm downpipe/resonator
Apexi dual n1 exhaust
Stock IC
Manual Ball-Spring boost controller

When I dyno'd the boost started off at 11 psi and trailed off to about 7. I need a good boost controller...

My manifold just cracked too... this sucks

That is actually very similair to what I am going to be doing except I will be going with 880cc secondaries and an safc as well as rtek for fuel... do u have a walbro pump? also I dont know how long it will work with the stock IC but at 10-11 psi you should be ok how does the car feel on the road?

We've redynoed and the car has a lot more torque in the midrange!

why exactly do you think a boost controller is going to keep your boost up?

if it doesnt hold the boost off of the wastegate spring, there's a problem. i had a manual boost controller on my TII that had a t04b vtrim 1.15 housing and it held boost just fine at wherever i set it.

i'm thinking you probably have boost leaks. thats probably the reason for the low TQ. your HP seems up to par for 11psi

edit: it looks like i may have been right about the boost leaks, maybe you fixed those when you redyno'd it and got more tq?

What kinda turbo exhaust manifold are you running?
With a 0.81 A / R turbine, it really should be making a lot more power earlier in the RPM band.
It doesn't look like it gets going until after 4,000RPM...

In that dyno the ssa autochrome manifold had a nice crack. On top of that I just found out my turbo took a dump on me. Here is another dyno sheet after I had 1Revvin7 do some work on the car... Before and after are on the same sheet...

Nice jump in power!
Looks like just about +10 across the RPM range on average with a best of +35 at 5,500RPM at right around peak torque!

Is this pure tuning or was something mechanically adjusted?

SSautoChrome turbo exhaust manifold?
Oh that explains the poor flow at low RPM's.

LOL. He posted a picture of the 1st crack in the single turbo section. I have pictures of the 2nd time around, which cracked in a completely different section...
