Power FC 3 bar map calibration and tuning
i am switching from stock map to 3bar map gm generic just so i can pick up boost by 3psi...don't have much experience with it
i did my own calibration got it to read same as stock map with just ignition ON as calibration numbers posted on couple threads did not come close
i am only planing to run 18psi of boost and peek is going to be around 18.8-19 psi as it seams to peek by .8 at 8000rpm
scaling of the stock map goes up to 24000 PIM
24000 x .001422 - 14.7 = 19.4psi so i should be good there..???
i am trying not to rescale the map to 30 psi as the tune on the car is really good and i think this way i will have bit more control over afr instead of having couple empty rows at the top
stock engine fd3s garrett 60-1 really good boost response i would say as fast as stock twins
past week on really extremly conservative dyno dreamkiller as i like to call it
car did 316whp @ 15psi and peek boost of 15.8 with 50/50 wi mix on AWD dyno... that would translate to 375whp on dynojet...4x850cc where maxed out and afr was 11.4 at the top injectors couldn't give more..I tuned it back down to 14psi and waiting on the 1300cc secondaries to come in.. goal is 400whp on dynojet @18psi

i street tuned the car over the weekend to peek of 18psi it did 388whp was hoping for bit more... low 11 to 11 afr at the top...
on the 15.8 peek boost run on this dyno we did 353whp compared to awd dyno 316 whp
20-22psi max for next tune..i think turbo might be out of its efficiency range at that point but i think it will break 400whp
