that's fucked up, what kind of compression numbers do you have? i'd say there's something fishy about the dyno. Do you get walked by civics? if your numbers really are that low you would.

listen to this, its a new garage so they said they cant let me in there to look at anything. from what i saw there was not even a fan there. i asked if they could tape the monitor for me for the last run they said no u should have brought a tripod. i had to watch the dyno from out side with the garage door open! in their pamflet it says customers are encouraged to bring cameras and all this **** but than they wont let you in the garage. some bullshit... he said compression was fine but didnt give me any other info... also i dont get beat by civics... lol... it pulls nice, i mean its my winter beater but i was curious to see the #'s....

something must be wrong with such a difference in TQ on those runs....why would you pull 170 and then drop right to 115? Makes no sense to me. I would try a different shop next time.

i agree with dom here, if you have only 100 hp at the wheels, then that means you only have 120 hp at the flywheel which is pretty bad when considering a stock 89 is rated at 160hp

those numbers look about right. the major issue with this dumbass shop is they ran in 4th gear. look at the speeds, no way they reached 12x or 13x mph in 3rd gear. and on the 170 tq number, perhaps they reved it out a bit in 1st or 2nd, that would get 170 tq to the wheels and then shifted to another gear. all in all these idiots don't have any ******* clue what they are doing and you should go elsewhere

you're supposed to dyno in 4th gear. 4th gear is 1:1

When I dyno'd a car with aux ports stuck closed, it put down 96hp/108ft-lbs. Your aux ports are stuck.
