89 turbo - 207rwhp

Performance Mods include:

3inch turbo back exhaust (no cat etc)
5inch muffler
BLITZ ebc set to 0.8bar
pod filter

The car has a lot of suspension mods (roll cage, coilovers etc etc) so for its lack of performance mods i think it did quite well. Also bearing in mind the dyno it was run on, was reading about 10% lower then the dyno that is considered spot in in western australia, this would put my figure closer to the 227rwhp mark...

mine put down 222whp on .7 bar (actually kg/cm^2 but close enough) but i have a medium streetport as well.

207 sounds a little low, whats up with the 10% lower thing? is it one of the mustang dynos where you have to enter your weight and stuff?

How much mileage on the engine? Is it a streetport engine? I would expect more than 207 with a 3"inch exhaust system. But still good enuff, and I bet its a good drifter with your suspension.

its done 60,000 kays. No porting all stock

the dyno in perth that is considered pretty spot on is at SST automotive.

my mate made 440rwhp there, only made 420 at ovaboost
another mate made 240rwhp at SST, only made 220 horspower at ovaboost

hence why i think about 10% down

so id put the figure at more like 227rwhp...

Eternal, she gets sideways good mazdaspeed 2way diff is the bomb
