To give others an idea i'll share my findings... Dyno cutoff was set for 7200. I need that closer to 8K as the car was still building power.

Very nice car! That is a great power gain over the stock output!
Thanks! my guess was 290 so its not far off! The car has never been dyno tuned only street tuned for the last 7000 miles or so and a few out of state trips to the mountains and back. Id love to have the map tweaked here and there and also alter timing a bit to be less conservative but otherwise it's a super fun car to drive. With cold AC too! If i could edge closer to 300 wheel HP with 15psi running Ethanol , but honestly I don't wanna push to far on the stock 6 port internals, especially being 9.7 rotors.

I think you'd enjoy it more if you could squeeze more TQ out instead of going for 300 on that dyno, going to 8krpm will probably net you that last 17HP anyway!
I'd keep it simple, with AC and in stock form otherwise you can really enjoy the car for what it is. Don't be blinded by chasing high HP.

That setup sounds awesome! I had a similar experience when I tuned my old RX-7, and pushing the revs closer to 8K really helped unlock some extra power. With your BNR stage 3 and those injectors on E85, I bet you can squeeze out even more if you tweak the Haltech settings a bit. Just make sure to keep an eye on your fuel pressure and temp, especially with that bio premix. I’d love to hear what kind of numbers you get after you make those adjustments!
