Impossible to answer your question, do some searching around!

*what is your real budget for just wheels?
*what kind of styles do you like (5-spoke, mesh, etc)
*what do you use the car for?
*stock body? suspension mods?

No budget is not a realistic answer....unless you can really afford and are willing to spend $6k on a set of wheels.

Wait on the wheels until you get the suspension, you'll probably have more options once you have the suspension all done. Coilovers?

Check here for wheels: http://www.autornd.com/

IMO, 17" is still the sweet spot for the RX7. If you are looking for 10" in the rear (regardless of diameter), I would suggest an offset of +45 to +50.

I currently have two sets of aftermarket wheels:

1. 17x9 +43 (all 4)
2. 17x9F & 17x10R (+47 all 4)

no, lower the number on offsets, the bigger the lip/dish... unless the number has a - in front of it which makes it less than zero... remember the number line in math? works like that. its all relatively simple once you get into it.

It mostly depends on the wheel style and build (i.e. 1, 2 or 3 piece). In general, the lower the offset the more lip the wheel can have. The rear of the car can take a lower offset than the front. So in general if you wanted to run a staggered type of setup, you would have a "higher" offset up front than the rear.

Lower offset means the wheel is moved further out towards the fender. Higher offset means into the center of the car more. The stock FD wheels are a +50 offset for reference.
