tein broken off thread on the piston shaft

Has this happen to anyone here? I'm not good tightening bolts so this is one more broken bolt I add to my list. Help anyone is there any easy fix or do I have to send it out to tein for repair?

Will probably need a new shaft - that would be easiest.

If you want to salvage that shaft, you'll have to remove the shaft, have the two pieces precision welded back together, and have the shaft sent out to be turned back down and threaded. And even then - there's no guarantee that the weld would survive given the environment it is in.

Have an experienced TIG welder, weld it and re-thread it. FIXED

Seen a lot of bad things and extra un-necessary money spent in the long run on trying to fix shocks the ghetto way. Replace the shaft, send it to the manufacturer to be overhauled.

You asked for help, here it is:

Read the manual/s for the correct torque specs before tightening any fastener.
Stop going gorilla on them! And, buy some torque wrenches.

There is no excuse for over torquing!
