Hey Guys,
Just wondering if 17x9 +22 and 17x9 +16 /5x114.3 would fit on a stock bodied FC lowered on racing beat springs nothing else.
Thanks

You'll need to roll and flare the fenders on all corners if you decide to run tires larger than 235.

I have some 17x8 +32 rotas that fit perfectly on my FC but I would like to switch them over to my FD. Would it fit ok or is that offset too low for the FD?

Well, I was able to swap rear wheels and they come in contact with the trailing arms and muffler heatshields. So I'm in need of spacers, but what size? 5 mm, 7 mm, 10 mm, more? Using that calculator you posted, it says my wheels have 173 mm of backspacing + tire side wall = about 178 mm total depth. So what is the maximum backspacing on a S5 Vert?

It is quite simple:

1. Put wheel on car approximately where you want it. (Do not tighten nuts)

2. Measure distance between mounting surface on hub an wheel. (Help form a friend to support the wheel)

3. Buy spacers in measured amount of mm or inches. (Bolt on spacers if wheel stud is to short)

4. The garage is your best friend.

I'm looking to run 18x9.5/10.5 +12 all around on a s5. I will be on coil overs and plan on rolling and slight pull. Still debating tire sizes... How's that sound?

So axis just recently came out with some dank basketweave wheels, and im trying to figure out what fitment would be best for my 87 fc. I'm not quite sure whether i should get 17x8.5 +15 all around or stagger it with some 17x7.5 +35 in the front. What do you guys think? Stock fenders btw.

According to this http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp it says that it will be 28mm (or 1.1" further out), i don't know if i should trust that though, if im even reading that correctly.

Actually this one seems better http://kgm.tiwing.com/calcs/offsetcalc.htm

I'm looking into 17x8 w/35 offset stock FC fenders no suspension work. Will it work? What size tires can I run?

Also looking into 18x8.5 w/38 offset

That's what I'm running at the moment. Works fine, had it on stock Suspension and now on coilovers. Running a 225/45/17.

17x8 +35 will work, run a 225/45/17 tire up front, 235/40/17 in the rear.

the 18's don't seem like the better choice considering the width and offset.

Thank you both for the response. Will be getting the 17x8 35offset. Will 245 in the back work as well?
