Lightbulb HELP! Need an answer, quick! WHEEL QUESTION>>>

I know this is the wrong section, but I need an answer quick! Sorry!

Ok, I just ordered rims but I have a question:

Which is better:

18"x8.5" all around

OR

18"x8.5" rear WITH 18x7.5" front

thanks guys!!! i have to call the guy back withing the next 15 mins!

your probably better off with 8.5 all the way around.

personally I would go with the 8.5" wide all around, but I dont' tihnk it matters too much. 7.5" in front and you wont' have to worry aobut rolling fenders or anything.

yeah thats what i ordered, but i just realized: will an 18x8.5 rub up front if i turn the wheel all the way?

I had 18x9 w/ 225/25/18 tires in front (pretty skinny for a 9" wide tire) and they did rub, but my car was lowered 1.25".

Why would u ever want to go with smaller than stock wheels? Or smaller than stock tires?
