H&R Springrate

I know, I searched...but after seeing the H&R's referred to many times, I still could not find anyone posting the springrate. Does anyone know what it is?

I found one post saying they were 150-300lb but that was when people thought they were progressive rate springs.

i made 3 calls to H&R and the bottom line is that they are progressive rate so take your pick. i don't recommend any progressive springs as they change rate in the middle of a corner.

linear is where it's at.

another question about spring rates...

i'm planning on getting the silkroad rma8 coilovers after getting some good reviews and responses about this kit!
on their website i see that for the FC3S the springrates are 8kg front and 6kg rear...

are these good settings for just daily road use, sometimes a little foolin around? (so no serious race, drag of drift intentions and this will remain this way!)

cause i've also heard of silkroad's on FC's with 10kg front and 8kg rear, and dont know what kind of difference this has on handling...
