Need help finding springrates

Seeming to have trouble finding any info on springrates, let alone any springs available for the first gen.

Am getting some Koni Reds w/ the 79 I'm about to purchase.

I would LOVE to run toyo RA1's as theyre the only performance street tire I can find in 13", as I'm absolutely keeping the 13" Waffles.

I've seen that Tokico, Eibach and Suspension Techniques all make springs, but the only info I can find is the drop.

Racing Beat list their springs as 145lb/in and 112lb/in (20% gain).

I'm not sure if this would be stiff enough for the RA1's.

Anyone have some suggestions?

I'm not really looking to get into coilovers as I already have some nice coilovers for my FC and I'm also looking to keep this one mildly modified.

Thanks,
Ben Martin

sumitumo HTR200 look to get some dceent reviews on tirerack, but I know the RA1's are amazing. I'm just afraid of th emassive body roll from such a sticky tire and near stock springrates.

Why don't you get coilover suspension? Do you plan on going to track or autocross? If you are, coilovers is the way to go.

Check out the springs here. They have RB, Eibach, and ST. I would personally go for the RB springs, but its personal preference really. I've got coil overs on my 82 with 250lb/in small diameter springs and going to go with some 150lb/in rears I hope, currently 120lb/in springs salvaged from the front struts of an old fiat. I've got tokico HP's, and BFG G-Force sport 205/45R16. The car handles like its on rails and the ride actually isn't too harsh. I've got the Respeed race coilovers and camber plates.
