Suggested springrate?
Im looking to autox and track my car this year and have to choose atleast a starting springrate.
the car weighed 2617 with me (185-190ish) last year, and nothing major has changed yet. the car will be drivin on the street so i cant go with something rock solid, however i dont mind going with a stiff ride aslong as public roads arent going to destory my car
the car is an 86 with 5lug, right now i have tokico's and stock n/a springs

Tokicos can only take so much spring rate, even the Illuminas.
I am running 400# front (Eibach bar) and 325# rear (no rear sway bar), Bilstein ITS shocks/struts, and chassis stiffeners, and the car still is mostly compliant on the street.
