FD Wheel and Tire Sizing

I plan on running a similar setup to this. Took me forever but I finally found the wheel specs. These are 18x10 +38 front, 18x10 +18 rear.
I found some wheels that are 18x9.5 +20 and 18x9.5 +38. How do you think these will look compared? And what should I do for tires also to look similar.
I plan on rolling the fender and if a must, a small pull. Thanks.

Ccw lm20
Wheels: CCW LM20 (although for some reason it says LM18 on my receipt)
Suspension: BC Coils 12kg/10kg (Pettit Racing)
Front: 18x9.5 +44
Rear: 18x10.5 +38
Finish: peen bright clear anodized
Tires: Hankook Ventus 245/35/18 front, 285/35/18 rear
Rolling: very light roll in the rear (only at the top of the wheel arch
Ride height: 25" front, right at 26" rear
Priorities: lowered (but not slammed) look, comfy ride, no rubbing, no suspension modifications beyond the coilovers.
Learning opportunities:
-I tried 245/40/18 up front first, to keep a very light stretch. This caused the outer part of the tire to rub on the inside of the liner when making moderate to tight turns. 245/35/18 has no rub at all.
-Get a reputable shop to do the work - icing is if they are accustomed to doing alignments on track cars (I used Texas Track Works in Ft. Worth TX).

Raced the FD this past week, road course and auto-x. No rubbing on unrolled fenders despite HARD use.
Shows the rears tucking nicely w/o rub.
And the fronts w/o rubbing.
I figure this is the most tire you can get under the FD f/r with RPF1 wheels with untouched fenders and stock splash guards. I'm running 2* camber up front and 1.5* out back, stock bars f/r.
17x9.5/38mm rears and 17x9/45mm fronts and 275/40r and 255/40f. The coil overs are set to max height, dont have the measurements on hand right now.
at rest:

can someone give me some advice? I got a set of wheels sitting here: 18x9 +25mm fronts and 18x10.5 +20mm rears. The tires I ordered are 245/35/18, and 285/30/18. I plan on lowering with coilovers to about one finger gap to no wheel gap, maybe tuck a tiny bit of tire. How will these fit? Will I be ok with a fender roll or will I need a fender pull too? The reason for this post is I may sell the tires for some less wide ones and hope the stretch will get me to fit the wheels easier and go as low as I'd like to.

Hi!
I'm looking into finding the perfect set of 18" WORK S1-2P's (*No rivets, 2-piece version) and I'm wondering which face type I can get away with running in order to get maximum lippage front and rear? I would rather not use spacers... There's A-Disk (standard), O-Disk (Deep rim), and R-Disk (Big Brake)... This will be over factory FD brakes.
Thanks for any info! Opinions welcome..

Quick question:
I am having my RE-A AW7 wheels refinished and want to know if I am going to get rub or if I should roll the fenders.
FR: 17x8.5 +38 Falken RT615's 235/40/R17
RR: 17x9.5 +38 Falken RT615's 275/40/R17
I also have DG-5 coilovers so I don't think I should have to worry about rubbing the suspension but I am a little worried that its going to rub the fender. I get someone to come out and roll the fenders for me but I'm trying to keep the body as "factory" as possible.
Let me know what you guys think. Everything I have read doesn't mention the AW7's or "with coilovers".
Thank in advance for the input.
