Dammit dammit dammit

Everytime I find some rims that I want, Rishie isn't able to get them. First the SSR rims were discontinued, now the Arthur Exchange rims are exclusive to somebody else.

PLEASE help me find some rims for my Purple 87 turbo - the Barney mobile. I want something light, with a deep dish, and damn nice looking. Please post some pics or links here.

If you find a rim, and I end up buying it from Rishie, I'll give you $25. How's that sound? I'm DESPERATE to find the right rims for my car. Just keep 'em under $2500 for the set of 17x8's and 9's. If money was no object, I would just buy Kinesis.

I don't think anyone realized how desperate I am to find some nice rims before Nopi. I would pay $50 to somebody if you found some rims being sold used by someone, and I end up buying them. That would save me even more time... I just gotta get something asap.

Sully - I sent you a couple PM's.

Dude, you F'n rock! I went to http://www.work-wheels.co.jp and found about 5 different rims that I would kill for. I'm serious, if I buy a set of these rims, I'll PayPal you $25.

Rishie/Sully, please find out soon the availibility for Work rims. Here are the ones I like:

I'm working on it Ryan. Where's my stuff I bought? We did not receive it yet. I need those lamps and mirrors, please. I will deliver, can you?

He's gonna call me back. Might take six weeks though. He just called me and asked for the exact offsets and widths for the front and rear. I am going to go through my stuff because I know you gave me the info, so we'll see.

I did get a set of SSR competitions for an FD fitment, very high offset compared to what you are looking for. They are 8.5's and 9.5's. These may go to TEXAS7, I believe I ordered them for him, but if he turns them down I will hook you up as a last resort.

Thanks, Rishie

Ryan,

i just woke up and called work rep. Just relax, sit down. The good news first, I can get some work wheels built to whatever specs you want, in an 8.5 and 9.5 within a week.

Unfortunately, it is only readily buildable in a Work Equip or REZAX. Now the price is another problem. They will cost us about 550.00 and 600.00 plus shipping. I had no idea how expensive these were. I have no basis by which to compare these prices, but that comes out to $2300.00, for a perfect fitment.

I don't think you will go for these, but ya never know. I still have the set of SSR comps as well.

The meister's and stuff are only in a high positive offset. Honestly, if you didn't get the fenders done, we probably could have fit them, but would still need to come from japan.

The wheels will take one week to build, so I should be able to get them to you before NOPI, but get back to me today if you can via phone or e-mail.

Thanks, Rishie

I've been trying my hardest Ryan, please don't hurt me. I know this is a touchy subject since we're counting down the days. SO let's just get some **** on the car.
