Can you put Power steering in a gen 1?

Can you put Power steering in a gen 1?
can you take the rack out of a series 3 or 4 or 5 if they have power steering and put it in a series 1? or are there power steering kits?

You cannot use a rack and pinion from other 7's in the 1st gen. You can however put all the P/S components from a 1st gen.

This vendor has a rack & pinion set up for the 1st gens but it is not power.

so rx7 series 1's some did come out with power steering? i just need to find a rack and pinion from one? is that what you mean or are there other mazdas that used the same rack but had power steering??

Unless you are in some way crippled, I can't imagine why you'd want power steering in a 1st gen.
