What about the plastic spinners? I think they would look great with these:

Seriously, get the RG-R's .

You can probably squeeze 9.5 x 17 all around with 255/40-17, but you'll need to roll the front fenderlips!

Sorry did not have time to read thru all the threads SleepR1, i'm assuming sub 16lbs range is what you're looking for?? What about custom built two piece wheels, forged disc and barrel, weighing around 19lbs. Very very strong wheel.

We are looking for gentlemen who participate in motorsports heavily. Rishie has actually sent me yourself as a referral. Let me know if that would fit into your weight category. I have some incredible brake pads i'd like you to test out as well. He's also referred Max Cooper to us as a great source. You in the upper mid and Cooper down by us.

Here you go:

The Work Meister S1 2pc. Forged Center and Barrel, not like most other multipiece, i.e. Volk GT series.

Thanks for your time and good luck. Don't think you'll be interested because i'm positive you will require something of stock weight or lighter. But these are incredibly light multipiece wheels.

Sweet! I LOVE classic five-spoke. Easy to clean, and I like no bolts exposed like in the pic below. I'll PM you for more info. Thanks for the offer!

got your PM Sleep, gimme til monday. We have many drift events to get seat time in this weekend before qualifiers for D1 and formula D. Thanks for quick reply. To answer some basic questions, weight will vary on pad height etc.... I can get pretty damn close. I'll see if I can get you exact weights.

What brakes are you running, how much farther out are they over stock you think. I can see if Japan will confirm fitment for your brakes if from Japanese model.

endless,

I like those also....what would be the ETA if I ordered some rims? Does work have a model with more of a reverse lip design instead of that bevel? Or is it just the angle of the picture?

My brakes are '99 Japan spec FD Type RS calipers and rotors fr/rr. With my current 9 wide x 17 SSR Integral A2s, the offset is 45 mm. I measured the front caliper clearance for the SSRs--~45-mm for front calipers. I'd run same size all around, so 9.5 wides x 17, with ~50-mm offset would work nicely. I like the dark silver centers, or possibly polished/clear centers.
