I'm running the A032R and am considering a decent rain tire that is cheap.
I know that the S03 are the best, but when the Kumhos and Sumitomos are less than half the price ($105 compared to $221 for the S03) it's somewhat hard to justify the added price when I'll drive easy in the rain.

I was running advans last summer. They were by far the best tire I've ever used. I'm not a big fan of kumhos. I replaced the advans with a set of ES100s for the winter since the advans took so long to warm up.

I will say that people have told me that dry and wet traction on the S03 are almost identical.
SOme of the guys tell me that they don't reall y adjust their driving habits that much with the S03s.

I drive my SO3's in the rain but I drop down to 75-80mph on the highways. As for winter tyres I also mount Blizzaks in the stock size 225/50/16 from Dec to March.
