Your link didn't work.

When I designed those short runners it was more common to have your setup. SMIC Airpump etc. It would actually work with the M2/ASP SMIC and CAI which was nice. But things have changed over the past 7yrs and now a lot of people are running the GZLIM as well as no air pump. So I redesigned it. It will work with the GZLIM as well as allows enough room to clock the turbo pointing either up or down.

If someone still needed a emissions friendly kit we still can make the old short runner.

Yes that should work, but you will not fit a intake filter on it with your IC. That was why we went with the short runner.

Just so you know it will be a very tight fit on the V-mount as well. If your lucky depending on what you choose you'll barely be able to fit a Pod filter on there.

I was planning to make a setup like this where the filter is beside the intercooler...

I was going to use the V-mount kit Scrub is working on and make the intercooler and possibly the radiator as far right as possible since I don't have a battery in the engine bay. Here is the prototype so far...

I was planning to use the 9" K&N intake filter...

You think it wouldn't work?

You know what... After thinking about it over Christmas, I think I'm going to make my own V-mount using my existing parts.

Now I have a question. Is it possible to add a spacer flange on the manifold?

I have something I am working on here that is pretty similar to the red car. That is why I reworked the manifolds.

I would be interested in a kit from you guys at A Spec. Your turbo kit you built for me was top notch, and your customer service is most professional. I am extremely confident in your shops ability to fabricate a great v mount at a great price. Look forward to something from you guys.

Sean, I was wondering if its possible to add flange spacers? Whether on the engine side or the turbo side. This would be for two possible reasons, to give the GZ LIM clearance and possibly move the turbo into a better position to have a direct route to the intercooler.

Where would you want to put these spacers? What flange?

Well to raise and bring out the turbo a bit for more clearance and possibly fit the GZ LIM. But I think I'll just use what I have for now.

Sean, did you see that Tial is coming out with a GT35 SS housing with a 1.03A/R here soon? I wonder how that will hold up. Maybe this will be a future development from you guys? Something even better than the 500r?

Any idea on how the 1.03 A/R will perform? Do you have an numbers/experience with the .82 A/R?

Sean, I have the money now for the deposit, I emailed you and Ryan already. Just let me know how much, how to pay, and any other info. Thanks!

Oh and Rich, just so you know, I had to find your videos on youtube (commented on one too) cause the sound didn't work on streetfire again.

Sean, do you know how many pounds /min the 500R-SP will flow at 30 PSi or whatever its peak is? I'm trying to size my intercooler for enough flow (not necessarily cooling since im gonna be using methanol).
