Can someone also PM me Don's number?

Don built my motor. I guess it's been more than 7 years ago. He built it at his house. It was just before he moved into the new shop, however long ago that was.

It still runs. I think I have a side seal issue, but it's completely my fault and happened years after the build-I was showing off with a friend in the passenger seat before the car was fully warmed up. Developed a loping idle right after that "ride of a lifetime" as my friend still calls it. All of this with Hurley race seals, which the forum here has blasted repeatedly as "worthless". Years later I had the car swapped to a 5 speed at the now defunct Gotham racing and Steve Kan tuned the car afterwards. Even with the idle and hot restart issue, Steve didn't feel like it was quite time for a rebuild. Just drive it til it dies he said. Well it still ain't dead. I drove it to work this morning!

Now since it sometimes has trouble restarting when hot I would like to get the motor "freshened". No question-I want Don to do it. He's a hell of a nice guy and was always fair with me in his dealings-so I feel compelled to post.

I should mention that my car was an auto at the time and no one else would really touch it. Said a single turbo auto wouldn't work. Well, Don made it work.

Sorry for the rambling trip down memory lane! Many times I've considered selling the rx7, but I just can't bring myself to do it.

Someone please PM me Don's number....

This should be enough to get to Don's house, anyone interested in his services.

You can't be 66 and Dalrock... or else you'll be living in Tom Thumb, 7-11, Albertson's or Chevron :P - Just saying (BTW, I'm in Melton Drive - Behind Albertson's on 66 and Dalrock :P)
