first of all thsi is spelled THIS way( just incase u didnt know) and gabe isnt hiding from no one! and he isnt ripping people off, you guys dont say anything about mazmax ripping people off, they do it all day everyday. and everyone kn\nows were his shop is at!!and calm down Mrs. SPELLCHECK.....and yes english class did kick my *** but its ok when you are an engineer.

By definition: Slander/defamation of character, is the malicious intent to cause harm or damage to someones reputation.
I don't think GG has ANY reputation and if you can scream louder than the photos posted, you might have an audience willing to listen and argue with.

I've dealt with an actual real company that did a crappy job on my Ford Probe engine rebuild and took 6 months to do it.. Would have turned into years probably but I wasn't gonna stand for that. But that's all ancient history.

I'll never deal with GG, and whoever you are rotaryspec... I pity you in your quest to defend someone that on this board is undefendable.

 

RBII hit all the good points already but I wanted to add one more. If Hollywood stars/celebrities are unable to successfully sue the photographers who take said stars' pictures "unlawfully" when they get out in the public eye (which then get plastered all over the Enquirer against said celebrity's wishes...), then what kind of a "forking" chance do YOU think you have when the photo of GG, the rotary wrecker, was also taken in a public manner??

And guess what? Except for a few handful of cases where private property rights were actually violated to get some pics, ALL OF THE PHOTOGRAPHERS walked away from those cases with only their lawyer fees to bother their pocket book....looks like you just got , you freakin' flake....I swear the military will just take anyone....
