Patrick, just call me when you are ready for the simple mods in the car, here is a few pics of the engine that you see me porting yesterday, didn't have time to clean some of the parts, since he need it today, LOL, he will clean them after the install.

 

So a giant tub of vaseline is the secret to a high powered rotary engine huh? I will have to see about the upgrades. I have come across something else pretty interesting that might be occupying my time. I am definitely up for the tail lights this weekend though. You should also have the pics of your porting in an email. I think my camera lost some of them because I remember taking alot more than what showed up in the memory card.

 

Vaseline will give you 50 HP more at the wheels LOL

 

Here are a few pics of the March 6 fun run in Austin(my car is the white one). Sadly enough I haven't taken any glamour shots of the car at all this year.

 

I'm planning to drive my FD down to Killeen sometime next month to see Fran and check out his monster FD before he leaves. Hopefully I'll get to meet some of the other rotorheads in the area.

 

i ran it today and my dual fuel pump set up stop getting power???? easy fix, find out the problem now and should be ready again for another run LOL

Do we want to try and have a small get together this month at all? Maybe towards the end? The only problem with Fuddruckers was that the parking lot is really small. However the mall is right across the street. Just a thought if anyone is interested.

 

we can plan something like that for the end of the month, the Killeen stuff is coming soon to, we also can talk to the local Mazda dealer and have a get together in their parking lot, is kinda like a promotion for them, but Mazda is Mazda and they love to see the sup-top rotaries anyways, is always the old mechanic that still working there and pull the first engine out years ago LOL

 

I am not a fan of the Killeen dealer but the one out in Temple seemed pretty nice.

 

I would try to make an end of month run, ATM my 90' RX is getting a new 13b N/A completely stripped of wiring, with a Holley sitting on top. Its' being built next week I believe and hoping to have it by the 18thish. I'll just need a header, and my exhaust reworked, for it to come together.

At worst, I'll bring my Corvette :p

I am down for a meet up. I might end up getting stuck on a funeral like last weekend but if I can make it I will. How about the weekend of the 30th-2nd(next weekend). That gives people some time to plan.
