i've only seen a few 7s around here... most not running or in (tear down/rebuild mode)... but i'm in Cove so, i dont really get around on ft hood often.

Just picked up another RX7 last night. Its a 1991 NA. Ad said the car had overheating problems but from what my colleague and I can tell its just air in the coolant system and possibly the Stant thermostat he has installed. The idle jumps around a bit too but other than that the car was too good to pass up for $1800. I will try to post some pics by the end of the week,

 

So it turns out the radiator cap was just leaking air into the coolant system. Now the heater, thermostat, electric fan, and miraculously the idle problem have all been fixed with a $5 radiator cap and a $10 bottle of coolant. Here are some pics of the car.

ok see you here, doing the turbo II engine swap in the rx2 and taking appart an fd, plus another n/a engine, got to be done before i lkeave LOL and dont forget mine hehehe!!!

 

Is the only thing I need for a Turbo II swap (using the N/A Tranny and rear end) basically the Turbo II pressure plate/clutch and ECU?

Killeen events center website says its having a crawfish boil( http://www.killeen-cvb.com/ ). The event calendar for that only says Bike show( http://www.gwrra-tx.org/10Rally/rally.php ). I can only find info about the one in temple. That one is 9am to 2pm saturday. I will be leaving here( Killeen ) to go to the temple one at 0930 if anyone wants to join me.
