hey all, recently i've had the carb rebuilt, the problem now is there is 2 barrels sucking gas and the other two barrels are getting nothin, why? and how to resolve?

2nd thing the car idles at 3000rpm, there is a problem with the choke it stays open half way, what to do?

3rd i've had my gas tank cleand out but not completly, and wonder if any of you has a gas tank for sale, for a 1980?

 

There are two different fuel bowls in the 12A carbs, one for Pri/Sec Front Rotor, one for Pri/Sec Rear Rotor

There is two sight glasses to see the fuel levels in the bowls

 

ok the gas only gets into the 1st bowl where the choke's at and i didn't see more than 1 sight glass in that thing, but i'll check again tomorrow.

 

There is another sight glass where the throttle cables attach, it is very hard to see

 

ya i saw that today, it looked like if there is gas in there not much though, but the gas go only into the first bowl "driver side" and there is no gas in the second one "passenger side bowl".

do u by any chance have the vaccum lines diagaram on that engine and carb.

the whole vaccum lines are cancled, the choke is always open, and the idle is at 3000RPM, but even though i still can drive the bitch, but it will be as slowwwww as a turtle.



i'll attach a picture today in 2 or 3 hours showing everything.
