Depends what your goals are, and which HKS turbo.

Greddy T88 is cheaper but I hear HKS Turbo Kit spools up faster and sounds cooler.

I really think you should search. There are TONS of posts on single turbo, which one spools better than that one, etc, etc, etc.

Spend a few weeks reading, and then if you have more specific questions, post.

Also, you are going to need TONS more stuff than 3 or 4 things that you listed, fuel pump, injectors, FPR, intake, boost controller, etc, etc

To get 400RWHP basically the cheapest you can do it is maybe $10,000. Most of this is all the things you need to buy to support that HP, clutch, FPR, fuel pump, injectors, exhaust, FMIC, ECU, spark plugs, ignition amplifier gauges, dynotuning, then you need a single turbo kit, or build your own with a manifold, turbo, wastegate, BOV. Probably the best spool and best power that I would recommend is either the Apexi RX-6 kit of GT 35/40, you can make 370-400rwhp @ 15PSI on pump gas and spool up fine with stock ports. I have $5,000 in parts installed in my car or waiting to be installed and have to buy maybe 2K more and a turbo kit and I will have a single turbo. Its worth doing it since it gets a lot of the stuff out of the engine bay, is simpler to work on, looks nice, and less heat.
