turbo 1st gen leaning out need help

Hey guys wondering if some one can help. I have a 13 b t11 streetport w/ rotaryshack oer sidedraft carb and hybrid turbo. I have a holley blue ful pump w/ a mallory fuel reg. Part #4309
Well when I start it my wide band reads in between 11 and 12 but when I drive it, it jumps up to 15, 16. I have my fuel pressure set at 5psi and when I rev it up it does rise so I have no idea what it could be.so if any one can help please do .thanks

Why don't you contact rotaryshack? Does your fuel pressure rise with boost pressure?

That fuel pump could be falling on it's face when the boost pressure comes up, they aren't meant to be run over 7-8psi.

You told me the holley blue would work because I'm not pushing any boost due to a fresh rebuild. If not my bad I miss under stood you then . But I did fix my fpr problem I had to run a hole new. Return line.I tried calling you and I left a message but no answer so the form was my only resort
