tial 40mm wastegate and ssautochrome mani

how do I get the two to mate to each other? I tried making the wastegate buy the manifold dinner first but they still won't mate!!! lol, j/k. I just thought I would buy these two pieces and they would bolt right up but obviously I need some sort of adapter??? Any help would be great, thanks!

Yeah, I believe the SS Autochrome manifold takes a HKS WG. You'd have to find an adapter or cut the flange off and reweld as 1Revvin7 mentioned. I've got the same issue since I bought the manifold before I really knew anything. At the moment, I think I'm just going to find a quality welder in town and have them weld the new Tial flange on. If you bought your Tial new, it should have come w/ the flange.

Let me know how it goes if you go either way.

EDIT: I'm pretty sure this is the adapter that you need. For $28, it may be cheaper than rewelding -- and potentially more effective.

yeah I did some research after creating this thread and found that of course it doesn't work, lol. Anyways I bought a flange and have the hks flange so i'm just going to take a piece from the dump tube and weld the two flanges together. now here is the good part. where would I find studs for this wg? only thing it came with was the wg and a dump tube. Anyways thanks so far guys.
