where's your ait at ? the underside of the hat?
Your alignment issue seems as simple as the fact that the turbo has play on the hole patter where it meets the turbo flange of the manifold. I suggest laying the turbo on the manifold but not tightening it, installing the V-band clamp and then tighten the turbo in the correct position. Seems like you removed the turbo and installed it again and it is a little shifted. I could be wrong of course just my 2 cents.

Did you remove the divider from your hat?
Nope, I kept the divider because I'll be spraying Methanol and I wanted as much even distribution as possible ? I know alot of the mustang guys remove it........

I have the engine flange tilted up, and the turbo tilted up all the way. Doh ! So Close !
