Been trying to run fuel lines this week. I took this week off from work to possibly get the car fired up but, my mother broke her hip on sunday so I've been at the hospital 24/7 babysitting her.
Fricking high dollar -10 fittings . Not that easy to run these lines and keep them simple/symmetrical looking. That and keeping the FPR away from the firewall to be NHRA legal.

Now you need to mount the blow off valve(s) as close to the turbo as possible so as to leave room on the intake pipe for the methanol/alcohol injectors.
The TII intake is lower and most often clear the hood. With the REW intake it dosen't even clear on the 2nd gen chassis!

That is all part of it though. The intake have a lot of material so it can be shorten easily Only a band saw and tig welder away.

Ran some fuel line, still need 2-3 more fittings and also need to return a few as well.
Also started on the injector harness, that's all the red and black wire you see laying there. My hands were freezing and didn't want to work right so I called it quits before connecting it to the harness. It's hard to tell but I spent 3 hours just on the injector wiring to make everything nice stealth and black. And that red fpr won't be red much longer
-10 lightweight nylon fuel hose
black -10 fittings blah blah blah
aeromotive pressure regulator
aeromotive 3way block
all the red/blue fittings you see will be replace with black ones
Don't be jealous of that oil feed line, it's hardcore....... I know

Man, weldon is very nice but too high dollar for me.
The car already had a Aeromotive A1000 hooked up but I'm going to get another one.

The car came full of Stainless Braided Hose but I'm tossing it all in the trash. I hate working with it. It's impossible to mess with it and not rip your hands apart and if you've got a hot wire exposed anywhere, that braided ss hose is guaranteed to find it.

what's better for welding on a vehicle's exhaust Mig or Tig? Seems to me that Tig is more portable and better suited for the in garage work. Is there even a difference besides size? So many questions, so little time.
