hey

hey guy i am going to try to star on my new manifold this week but i need a mild steel header flange and i know racing beat sells one but is it 1/2 thick? i wont go any thinner at all if anyone knows anything abouut their flange let me know please

That second picture throws you off, take a look at the top picture. The fuel line is like 1 foot above the downpipe

Yes. I had never welded before and thought a mig machine would be decent to learn on.

i think that's going to promote cracking.

i guess we'll see.

i guess it wont be hard to remove it and reweld any cracks. everything seems pretty easily accessible

Yeah, I agree with Jacobcarmill. When I did welding courses it was not advised to grind down welds (we tried to make them look pretty ) because they lose a lot of strength...

Guess you'll find out though, hopefully they won't be bust

Looks nice though good job!

Do those injectors say "Bosch" on them???
