There's a British Rag (magazine) called Japanese and Import Performance (I believe) that did a feature on Alex Ngo's car (silver with the 99spec front/Veilside lower splitter and Enkei Ageis 19" rims) and he's quoted as saying that the turbo is a GReddy T88 BB? Typo? Custom job? Is it possible to send say a T78 or 88 out for a custom CRHA?

I saw that rag and it looks to me like he's running a T51Kai BB.

 

Hrm..could be. I didn't look at it that close. Usually there's a really big T51BB or whatever on the compressor discharge. It's pretty obvious. I'll take another peek.

I believe it says on the little HKS tag on it. I also believe that the BB turbos have a different color tag than the regular T51 R's..

 

Oh, I glanced at the magazine again and it is a T88. You can clearly see the blue badge with the T88 stamp on it. I'm assuming the BB part was artistic license on the journalists part.

Mine has the same greenish sort of tag ..guess they're not the BB ..someone was telling me that it should say T51 KAI BB ?!?!

Yeah now that you mention it I believe the turbine housing itself has "T51 KAI BB" on it as well.. And also the tag I mentioned. Sokudo has a T51 BB.
