Which Turbo T78 or T88???

Which Turbo T78 or T88???

Right now i have a HKS T04E on my car with ported motor and 3mm apex seals. I want to upgrade to a bigger turbo. Now i know that neither the T78 or the T88 are ball bearing. But i have access to purchase a T88 Greddy sponsership turbo that is ball bearing off a drag car. My question is will i be able to spool the ball bearing T88 as fast as a non ball bearing T78????

T78 = TD07 mated with a TD08; it's basically a hybrid.
T88 is basically a true TD08.
The T88 is "one step up" from a T78.
There is no way this thing is going to be anything close to "streetable" unless you run around with a NOS bottle in the back.
