hello! i have my fd engine and i buy a garret tv7512 i have in the turbine wheel 99.1 mm x 86.4 mm haousing 1.08Ar and compressor housing t88{upgrade that side}
i want to know about rpm spool! ? with that 1,08 turbine housing or downgrade to .96 ar work better!
engine is ported and 850 primary injectors and 1600 secundary!

A smaller a/r will almost always spool better. If you are looking for quick response, this isn't the ideal turbo.

 

Off topic but.... That looks like a knock off Garrett, are you sure its genuine?

are you using this for drag racing or mostly street?

 

street car ..i change hot side to .96

 

Divided .96 hotside,fully divided short runner manifold and depending on porting you should see full boost at around 4800 to 5500 rpms.
