As far as the wastegate dump goes, I don't know why you would want it vented to atmosphere as it is loud and sounds horrible. The extra hp from added exhaust flow is probably negligiable. Don't know anything about the oil pump other than the stock lubrication system should be sufficient. The type of oil you use is paramount however. If you are worried about a lack of lubrication, use Red Line synthetic and amsoil premix. About the injectors, I am frankly surprised at the fact that you didn't upgrade them when you went single. This should be your next modification, especially since you have other airflow mods.

You can't run a Pettit ECU with a single turbo like that. You'll need a stand-alone like the Power FC. You certainly need larger secondary injectors.

No offense but it doesn't seem like you spent much time researching your single turbo purchase. A few hours spent in this forum or the single turbo forum would have answered all of these questions.....

You know what fuel pressure you are running?
Any ideas on the duty cycle of your injectors?

Your setup sounds very taxing on the stock injectors...

Very high fuel pressure can kill a fuel pump. You should think about getting a better ECU since the Pettit doesn't allow any ignition tuning, &bigger injectors.

Your current setup is far from optimal. I would even say it's pretty dangerous.

As for oil. It sounds like your talking about the thermopellet plug. I do recomend this as well as E-shaft jets but the jets require a motor rebuild.

The thermopellet plug can be done with the motor in the car but you run the very real risk of dropping the front needle bearing (meaning you'd have to rebuild the motor).

Where in Florida are you located?

not dumping the wastegate can cause boost problems i've heard because the flow isn't enough for the wastegate causing spikes..etc..that's what i heard i'm not sure, but i'll be dumping my exhaust gases out because it's sure sounds damn good! people who thinks open vent wastegate doesn't sound good than you SUCK!
